Brilliant success: Students from American College Arcus win FIRST and SECOND place at “Srebarna 2026”!
We are immensely proud to announce the outstanding success of students from American College Arcus Ltd., Veliko Tarnovo, who performed brilliantly at the 35th International Environmental Forum “Srebarna 2026,” held on June 5–6, 2026, dedicated to World Environment Day and the “Green Week” initiative.
Our students achieved the highest distinctions—FIRST and SECOND place in their age group, demonstrating a high level of knowledge, responsibility, and commitment to environmental protection.
FIRST PLACE was awarded to the environmental project
“Thirst Today, Strategy for Tomorrow” – How to Protect Drinking Water in Veliko Tarnovo.
The project addresses one of the most pressing contemporary issues - the protection of drinking water. The students analyze real challenges facing water resources and propose practical and sustainable solutions for their conservation and responsible use.

SECOND PLACE was deservedly awarded to the project
“Beauty Beyond the Barrier: The Story of the Hotnitsa Waterfall.”
The students presented an impressive study of one of the most beautiful natural sites in Bulgaria, emphasizing its ecological significance and the need to preserve and protect it for future generations.
