CELEBRATING TEACHER’S DAY – PEOPLE WHO MADE A DIFFERENCE

It's October 5th and people all around the globe celebrate Teacher's Day to honor teachers for their sincere efforts to impart knowledge to all of their students. In my school, this holiday has a very special place in our hearts because we have the most devoted and passionate teachers who can exist and they're an important part in each student's life. 

This year we decided to celebrate Teacher's Day in an unusual way. In order to show our teachers how much we appreciate their faithful devotion in teaching us educational and even moral lessons, we managed to gather all in the main auditorium and surprise them with our short, but meaningful and entertaining program. The first part of it included a thank-you speech to our teachers about their positive impact on our education and development as young adults. After I gave these words of gratitude, my classmates and I handed small gifts out to all of our teachers. The happiness that this simple gesture provoked in  them was unbelievable. It made me realize that small things matter and we should show our sincere appreciation to the people who mean the most to you!
