2013/2014 Opening Ceremony

The new academic year at American College Arcus was opened by Peter Ivanov, Director. Mr Docho Karaivanov, Chairman of the Trustees' Board awarded two students - Ivaylo Georgiev (9 a) and Georgi Velkov (9 b) on behalf of the Libertarian Foundation.

The Mayor of the Veliko Tarnovo Municipality, Daniel Panov, also addressed the students.
