Fees
Dormitory rent is set each year and it does not include food. Rent is paid in installments:
The deadlines for paying rent are set for all academic years and they are as follows:
- 10th July – payment of a deposit which is returned at the end of each academic year after a thorough ‘check-out’ statement done by the Residential Manager together with the tenants when vacating a room;
- 15th September – payment of three monthly rents for September, October and November;
- 5th December – payment of three monthly rents for December, January and February;
- 5th March - payment of three monthly rents for March, April and May;
- 5th June – payment of one monthly rent for June.
Lodging contract is signed annually before 15th September for the term of one academic year.
