An open lesson in the Court

Students from 10th grade together with their philosophy teacher Ivanichka Slavcheva managed to visit the Administrative Court in Veliko Tarnovo thanks to the “Judicial Power – informed choice and citizens’ trust. Open-door courts and prosecutor’s offices" educational program. The students observed real trial proceedings in the Court of First Instance, in the Court of Cassation and in the Administrative Court, as they had the opportunity to comment on what they had seen with the judges and the lecturers of the program – judge Kostova, judge Yaneva and judge Buyuklieva. The chairman of the Administrative Court – judge Chemshirov, told the students about the structure and functions of the administrative justice and awarded the participants with special certificates.
