College initiative Veliko Tarnovo – Romance and Love

On February 5th a press conference was held at American College "ARCUS" about the College initiative Veliko Tarnovo – Romance and Love. In it took part the Director of American College Arcus, Mr Ivan Panayotov, Vice-mayor of Veliko Tarnovo, S. Dimitrova, Director of the Children’s Complex and the students, who organized the event.
