Erasmus + Teacher Training Course in Scotland

Albena Todorova, an English language teacher at American College Arcus, took part in an international teacher training course for English language teaching in the city of Dunfermline, Scotland (Creative Activities & Motivating Materials; FOCUS ON SCOTLAND).

From the 13^th to the 26^th of August 2017 twenty four teachers from Sweden, Slovakia, Poland, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Spain, Croatia and Bulgaria had the opportunity to enhance their qualifications through practicing new methods for teaching, i.e. high tech in the classroom, through sharing working ideas and discussing the future of the teacher’s profession in the XXI century. Together with the workshops there were lectures on Scottish history, literature and educational system. The group of teachers visited two schools in Dunfermline and attended classes there to get to know the school system better.
