History Course
Blagovest Hristov, History teacher, attended a one-week teacher-training course in Cheltenham, England from 1st July – 9th July 2017 organized by International Study Programmes aiming to improve the knowledge and skills of its participants. 10 more teachers from American College Arcus will attend such courses after receiving funding from the Human Resource Development Centre in the framework of the Erasmus + programme under Key Action 1 Learning Mobility of Individuals.
Teachers from different European nations, such as Spain, Hungary, Sweden, and Estonia had the chance to discuss school systems in their countries. Together with teachers from England they took part in workshops and discussions on Content and Language Integrated Learning and also visited History lessons in a nearby school, where they had the chance to speak with students and teachers.
