Judges in the college classrooms

Judge Ivelina Yaneva from Veliko Tarnovo Administrative Court delivered a lecture on children's rights and their place in the Bulgarian Constitution model in front of students from grade 11 A and B at American College Arcus Ltd. The initiative is a part of the educational program The Judicial Power – informed choice and citizens’ trust. Open-door courts and prosecutor’s offices - a joint project between The Supreme Judicial Council and The Ministry of Education and Science which aims at broadening students’ knowledge of jurisprudence and strengthening our society’s trust in Law. After finishing the project Veliko Tarnovo Administrative Court will welcome students and introduce them to the nature of the officials’ and magistrates’ work. Students will watch a real court trial as well.
