MISSION 2027 – THE PLAN IS SET, THE DIRECTION IS CHOSEN, THE GOALS ARE CLEAR!
We have officially launched Mission 2027 at “American College Arcus” Ltd., with the presentation of our students’ projects - they turn knowledge into practical skills, creativity into ideas, and collective effort into real change.
Here are the missions our students have chosen:
Grade 5A – “Safety Matters!” Creating an educational road safety game for fourth-grade students at American College Arcus Junior Primary School.
Grade 6A – In the Footsteps of Master Kolyu Ficheto. Exploring Bulgaria’s architectural heritage and creating models of buildings and structures.
Grade 7A – A Return to Antiquity. Investigating ancient pottery-making techniques and exploring their practical applications.
Grade 8A – “Teach Me!” Sharing personal skills and talents, from sports and music to cooking and foreign languages.
Grades 8B and 8C – “Beyond the Sky.” Designing and building rockets by combining mathematical knowledge, engineering thinking, and teamwork.
Grade 9A – A Cleaner, More Beautiful Neighbourhood. Launching an initiative to improve the local environment, which has already attracted expressions of interest from more than 100 students since its presentation.
Grades 9B, 10B, and enthusiastic volunteers from Grade 11 and 10A – A New Mission for the Village of Velchevo. Renovating the local park by repairing existing facilities, planting trees, and cleaning up the area.
Grade 9C – “A Sound Mind in a Sound Body.” Exploring the connection between a healthy lifestyle, physical activity, and sport, and developing a personal self-improvement programme.
Grade 10C – Knowledge and Practice in Healthcare. Visiting medical universities, laboratories, and other healthcare and scientific facilities to gain hands-on experience and practical scientific knowledge.
Grades 10A, 11A, 11C, and 12C – A Mission of Kindness. Exploring ways to support older people, children without parental care, and people in need of financial assistance for medical treatment through personal encounters, charity campaigns, and creative initiatives.
Grades 11B and 12B – Digital Ideas with Real-World Impact. Applying their knowledge of software and hardware sciences to develop and improve the college’s digital communication channels.
