Practical Math lesson

In the Mathematics class on the 24th February 2014 students from IX B took part in a practical lesson entitled Finding the distance to an inaccessible point by using the properties of similar triangles. Under the guidance of Mathematics teacher Iliyan Yordanov, the students, divided into groups, tried to find the distance between two cones. Using a roulette, triangle and a ‘precise eye’ the students put into practice what they had been taught in the classroom.
