A grain of love for birds in the cold winter days

The fifth graders of PSHS AC-Arcus Ltd realized an initiative aimed at the winter feeding of the birds in our town. Together with their Science teacher they put feeding troughs with grains in Marno Pole Park. The students know that it is extremely difficult for their feathery neighbours to survive during the winter months and they need extra energy at that time to maintain their body heat. This initiative is especially valuable for the kids because it teaches them to care and show interest in nature and its inhabitants. Putting those feeding troughs is our grain of love we give to the birds.
