Open Math Lesson

An Open Math Lesson entitled Finding the distance to an inaccessible point was taught at PSHS American College Arcus Ltd. on 20th March 2018. Under the guidance of their Math teacher Iliyan Yordanov the students from 9 A grade learnt how to find the distance to an inaccessible point using their knowledge of similar triangles. The lesson took place at the school gym where the girls from 9 A grade showed in practice what they had previously learned in the classroom. Both Mrs Zdravka Mincheva, senior Math expert at the Regional Education Management Organization in Veliko Tarnovo, and other Math teachers from the town and region attended the lesson.
