Road Traffic Safety

In relation to the National Strategy for Improving Road Safety in the Republic of Bulgaria, the students from 8th grade were acquainted with basic traffic rules. Participants in this event were Gencho Minkov - a police inspector at Traffic Police - Veliko Tarnovo and Desimira Markova-Nikolova - chief of the Investigation Department at Gorna Oryahovitsa Police Department and Strazhitsa Police Department, who shared some of their professional experience with the students.

Aleksandar Panov and Mihail Kenarov - students from 8th grade, shared photos that furnish documentary evidence of pedestrians who have broken traffic rules. The meeting ended with a message for students to take care of their own and other people’s lives.
