Everyone remember at least one book that has deeply affected their life. For me, it was the Harry Potter series by J. K. Rowling. The masterpiece has inspired millions of children as well as adults since its first publication in 1998. J. K. Rowling has been crowned as one of the most successful authors of the century and is a true saint for thousands of fans.

It is not just one thing that makes the Harry Potter books so special. The brilliance of her mind, the unique plot, her impressive language and, of course, the fact that so many people connect the book to their childhood, makes it so beloved by generations. The series have even been translated in over a hundred languages and sit on shelves all around the globe.

Millions have learned much from the book, have seen Harry grow before their eyes and have cried at the end. “All was well.” The book, despite telling about a fictitious world, is full of life lessons, truths hidden between the lines, just waiting to be found out. Even critics recognize the book as a masterpiece, one which is truly worth reading.
