Veliko Tarnovo District was represented in the National Natural Sciences and Ecology Competition for students’ projects entitled ‘Environmental Protection in the 21st Century’, which took place on 5-6 November 2005 in Pleven, by the project “Light Pollution: More is not Better!” prepared by students from 10b grade and their teachers Albena Tzankova and Jenna Staykova.
The project was highly appreciated by the National Committee for thematic relevance, pressing issue, aesthetic and technical presentation, originality and contribution.
