School of Innovations

Since 2017 American College Arcus has been included in the list of innovative school on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria for it has proposed a plan for the integration of the International Baccalaureate Programme into the National Education Standards. Such innovation corresponds to our strategical objectives as follows: integration of effective international practices of education into the current educational process, which will ensure competitiveness, high European quality of education; diversity in the practical application of the knowledge gained in the different subjects through the implementation of the International Baccalaureate methods; development of the students ‘skills, interests and potential since they can opt for the most appropriate school curriculum that suits them best; improvement of teachers qualification through their participation in online International Baccalaureate courses, as well as teachers access to the Organization’s international forums.
